Terms of sale
What you get when you buy Nyaya.
Last updated 28 September 2026.
What you are buying
A licence to install and use Nyaya. It is sold once, at the price shown at the checkout in your currency, with tax added where it applies. There is no subscription to us, and nothing is charged again unless you choose to renew updates.
- One seat. One person, on one computer at a time.
- The seat moves. If you install on a new computer, the seat goes there. The old computer's dashboard has a button to take it back.
- For as long as you like. The licence does not expire. Your copy keeps working, at the version it is entitled to, whether or not you ever pay again.
Trying it first
You can use Nyaya free for fourteen days from the first time you use it, with nothing to pay and no card asked for. When the trial ends it stops until you buy.
Updates
A purchase includes twelve months of updates from the day you buy. New versions arrive on their own. After twelve months, your copy keeps working exactly as it does that day. New versions stop arriving. Reaching the dashboard from your phone stops too, because it runs for as long as updates do. You can choose to renew for another twelve months. Nothing renews by itself, and we don't keep a card on file.
What Nyaya does not do
- It does not give legal advice. Its reviews, redlines and lists of obligations are a paralegal aid. A qualified lawyer should review them before you rely on them, and you answer for what you sign and send.
- It never decides for you. Signing a contract, sending anything to the other side, accepting a change to a clause and deciding a legal risk are always yours.
- It does not send or sign anything. It prepares a redline for you. Giving it to anyone is your choice.
- It works only where its contract law has a rule pack. For now that is the UK. Where there is none, Nyaya sets nothing up.
It uses your own Claude subscription. Nyaya is a plugin for Claude Code and runs on the Claude plan you already have. That plan is not included in the price, and Claude's own terms and usage limits apply to it. Nyaya is not affiliated with Anthropic.
The data in your contracts
Nyaya keeps your contracts on your computer, and your own Claude reads what each agent's job needs. You decide what goes into Nyaya and you are responsible for the personal data in your contracts under the law that applies to you.
What you may not do
You may not copy, share, sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise redistribute Nyaya or any part of it, including the licence file inside your copy. You may not remove or work around the licence check. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except to the extent that the law where you live allows this regardless of these terms.
Refunds
Thirty days from purchase, in full, no questions. The refund policy has the whole of it.
No warranty
Nyaya is provided as is. Polyglyph Analytica does not promise that its reviews find every problem, that a clause with no finding is lawful or enforceable, or that it is free of errors. Its checks follow the rule packs for your place, and a rule pack can be wrong or out of date. To the extent the law allows, Polyglyph Analytica is not liable for any loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law where you live gives you as a consumer.
Your data
Everything Nyaya works on stays on your computer. What leaves it, and why, is set out in the privacy policy.
Changes
The terms on this page on the day you buy are the ones that apply to your purchase. If they change, the date at the top changes with them, and a change never takes away a licence already bought.
