Your contracts, read before you sign
Nyaya reads each contract you give it. It checks every clause against your own positions and the law where you are. It grades each problem it finds. It drafts a redline in Word, with a comment on each change saying why. It puts what the contract obliges you to do in your calendar. It also checks your terms, your privacy notices and your agents' roles, and the courses you train people with.
Not on sale yet. Nyaya is a paralegal aid. It isn't legal advice. A qualified lawyer should review what it prepares before you rely on it. For now it works only for companies in the UK.
How it works
From a contract you were sent to a redline your lawyer can read.
You bring the contract
Bring it as a Word file, a PDF or plain text. It might be an employee's contract, a client's, or a supplier's. Zainab takes it in and says what it is and whose law governs it.
Adaeze reviews it
She checks each clause against your playbook, which is your own list of what you will and won't agree to. She also checks it against the law. For an employee's contract, that includes every term the law says they must be given. Idris checks her review.
Duarte drafts the redline
Duarte drafts a change for each problem, using your own wording where you gave some. Beatriz checks each change. Then Nyaya makes the redline in Word, with tracked changes and a comment on each one.
You decide
You decide each problem with your lawyer. You choose which changes to accept. You send the redline and you sign. Yara puts the contract's dates in your calendar, and Idris checks them.
What you get
Everything runs on your computer, and the dashboard opens in your browser.
A redline your lawyer can use
For a Word contract, each change is a tracked change in your own document, so Word shows accept and reject as usual. Each has a comment with its reason and its source. For a PDF or a text file, you get a Word file made from its text and a page that shows each change. The PDF's layout isn't kept.
The law, with its sources
Which terms the law won't let a contract rely on, and what a privacy notice must say, come from a rule pack for the place. Each rule names the official page it came from, and the review shows it as a footnote.
Two agents on every step
One agent does each step and a different one checks it. No agent checks its own work.
Agentic work, checked
Folake reads your terms, your privacy notices and your agents' roles, and checks for what the law asks when agents do work: data protection, decisions made automatically, monitoring staff, and who owns what the agents make. Mbali checks the review.
Courses checked for the law
Lorcan checks each statement of law in a course against the rule packs. A statement that's wrong, or that no pack covers, goes back to you for a lawyer to look at. Mbali checks him.
Every file checked first
Each file is checked before anything reads it. A file that fails is kept aside where nothing opens it. This is a check for active content, not an antivirus. The redline is always made from the file that passed the check.
You decide what matters
These are always yours. You can't hand them to an agent.
- Signing a contract.
- Sending anything to the other side.
- Accepting a change to a clause.
- Deciding whether a legal risk is one you'll take.
- Approving your playbook.
Before you decide anything based on a review, the dashboard shows you the legal notice. You tick a box to say you've read it.
What it doesn't do
We'd rather you knew this before you buy.
- It doesn't give legal advice. What it prepares is for you and your lawyer to review before you rely on it.
- It works for companies in the UK only, for now. The law it uses there hasn't yet been checked by an independent reviewer.
- It has no rules yet for the law of other places, such as the EU's data protection rules, the EU AI Act or US state law. Where a contract or a notice reaches them, the review says a lawyer qualified there must look.
- It doesn't send, sign or accept anything, and it doesn't fetch anything from the internet.
- It reads the text of a PDF, not its layout. A scanned PDF has no text it can read, so bring a Word or text copy instead.
- A finding it doesn't raise isn't proof that a clause is fine.
- It's for one business, on one computer, for one person at a time.
Where your data is kept
Your records are kept in a Nyaya folder on your computer.
- An agent sees only what its job needs. The agent who drafts a redline sees the findings, not who the contract is with.
- Nothing in a contract is uploaded to us. Other products on your computer are told only a reference to the contract, a count or a date. They never get its text or who it's with.
- The reading is done by your own Claude, on your own Claude account.
- Our servers get a daily licence check-in (a licence ID and an installation ID), and your update downloads.
What you need
- Claude Code, signed in to a Claude subscription that includes it.
- Node.js 20 or newer.
- macOS, Windows or Linux.
- A company in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.
The other side's data. A contract holds details about the people and businesses in it. Nyaya keeps them on your computer, and your Claude reads what each agent's job needs.
Why it is built this way
1Pay once
You buy Nyaya once. There is no subscription to manage. The licence does not run out. It comes with a year of free upgrades. When that year ends, it keeps working on the last version you were given.
2Your data stays on your computer
Nyaya runs on your own computer. Your own Claude subscription does the thinking. You don't upload your data to another cloud service. Our servers never see your data. They hold only your licence.
3Get more from your Claude subscription
Nyaya runs on your Claude subscription. You can use the same Claude for other work in your business too.
You need a Claude subscription that includes Claude Code. Claude is made by Anthropic. Polyglyph Analytica is independent of Anthropic.
Pay once and keep it
Not on sale yet. This is what you'll get.
The price is in your currency, with tax added where it applies. You'll be able to try it free for fourteen days first. Then you get:
- One seat, for one person on one computer at a time. You can move the seat to a new computer.
- A licence that doesn't expire. Your copy keeps working for as long as you like.
- A year of free upgrades, which arrive on their own. After that, you can choose to renew. It never renews automatically.
- Your money back in full if you change your mind within thirty days, with no questions asked. Ask from the dashboard or your purchase email.
